Can’t believe how quickly it’s going. We went elephant trekking the other day, I had the biggest grin on my face the whole time. The beaches are stunning and the food is delicious. I’ve pretty much been living off pad thai since we got here. The best one’s are from the cheap carts found dotted around the towns, prepared by little old men/women who have obviously been making it for years. Everything about this trip has really opened my mind and has also made me appreciate the little things we take for granted every day - like a proper toilet and hot water! Some of the people live so simply and work their butts off everyday to make a living yet they’re such happy, smiley people. I will definitely come back in the future. But for now, time to enjoy the time I have left!!!
